Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a fully gated private pool with hot tub, basketball hoop, gas grill and an outside shower. Inside you'll find poolside room with a sink, full size refrigerator, toilet room and an elevator to all levels.

Mid Level: This level offers family suite that includes 2 bedrooms. Enter through a Bedroom/Lounge with Day Bed, Trundle, flat-screen TV and foosball that leads to a King Master Bedroom with TV and private bathroom. A second family Suite with a King Bedroom with TV, deck access and private half bath that shares a shower room with a Bedroom with a Queen and Single, TV, private half bathroom and deck access. Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets and flat-screen TV/Blu-Ray DVD, full hall bath including laundry area with washer and dryer. Elevator access on this level comes to the family suite Bedroom with Queen and 1 Single.

Top Level: Great room with large flat-screen TV/Blu-Ray DVD and deck access, dining area seating 8 with screened porch access, breakfast table seating 6, kitchen with stainless steel appliances and counter seating for 3 and a half bath. Den with a Queen Sleep Sofa, flat-screen TV/BluRay DVD, elevator access and a King Master Bedroom with TV and private bathroom.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

This property has a ring camera in the driveway facing away from the home.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

Excellent beach home for extended families since the layout enables separation as well as privacy. There are several living areas: living room, furnished enclosed porch, and 2 additional lounges, plenty of space to spread out.

We had a wonderful vacation at here at last with our extended family of 11, 6 adults and 5 children. This home has been our July family vacation for three summers and we have booked it again for 2018!! The home is spacious and well maintained and it accommodates our family well. The large pool and the proximity to the ocean make it a good choice with young children, our five children were ages 5-9. The elevator was the icing on the cake for unloading/packing up and for the older adults as well! We are already looking forward to our next stay at Here at Last.
