Nestled amongst the trees, this relaxing getaway sits on an elevated lot offering ocean views! 

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a carport and fully gated private pool with hot tub, outdoor bathroom and 2 outside showers. Inside you'll find the Rec room with flat-screen TV, pool table, pool deck access and kitchenette with bar, dishwasher and sink. Bedroom with 2 DuoBunks and a flat-screen TV, full hall bathroom, bonus room with 2 DuoBunks and a flat-screen TV, and the laundry area with washer, dryer and large utility sink. 

Mid Level: Large foyer, 4 King Master Bedrooms each with flat-screen TV and private bathrooms (one with a Jacuzzi tub), 3 with deck access. 

Top Level: Great room with large flat-screen TV, deck access, elevated reading room with game table seating 4, half bathroom, kitchen with counter seating for 4 and dining room seating 10 with deck access. King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, private bathroom with jacuzzi tub and deck access.

2024, PRIVATE POOL is open from 5/11/24 -10/11/24

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Gas fireplace is not available for guest use. 

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
