Ground Level: Exterior amenities include parking for 5 vehicles, carport, gas and charcoal grills and a well-furnished private pool area with enclosed outside shower and hot tub. Inside you'll find Elevator access to all levels and a den with Day Bed, flat-screen TV, pool patio access, and kitchenette with small refrigerator, sink, ice-maker, microwave and wine captain.  Queen Bedroom with flat-screen TV and a semi-private full bathroom (second door from bathroom to hallway).

Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and deck access, 2 Queen Master Bedrooms each with a flat-screen TV and deck access and the laundry area with washer and dryer.

Top Level: Great room with flat-screen TV/DVD, gas fireplace and deck access, kitchen with breakfast bar seating 3, dining area with seating for 6, games table seating 4 and a half bathroom. King Master Bedroom with a flat-screen TV and deck access.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

This home has a camera on the front of the home facing the street for off season security. 
This home does NOT provide beach chairs.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

More than enough room for family, friends, and anyone you want to entertain. The elevator was surprisingly helpful - we ended up using it way more than we even expected to! The in-ground pool and pristine spa was EVERYTHING we needed after a long day at the beach, and with the location of the house, we didn't feel the need to go to sleep with life jackets on. I feel like the owners truly thought of everything, from the little touches and extra amenities to games, TV's, streaming devices, and every creature comfort we could hope for. Having ample bedrooms and bathrooms was our main concern, and after getting into the Tide Watcher, we knew we didn't have to worry! It was truly like a home away from home - a far cry from the rundown vacation rentals I've experienced in the past.The rental company was extremely responsive, the home felt safe, and our vacation was everything we wanted it to be and more because of the brilliant stay we had here. Thank you, we WILL be back again soon! Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Tide Watcher. The house was exactly as pictured and was a perfect size for our family vacation. One of our party has some mobility issues, and everything was easily accessible to her with the elevator and the layout of the house. She did say that the 3rd floor shower would be better with a hand rail since there is a small sill to step over. There is a bit of a walk to beach access, and there is a lot of traffic on the main road. The house was very clean except for the shower curtains, several of which had mildew from sitting in water in the showers. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. The pool gets the afternoon sun and it was very refreshing on hot days. The kitchen was a good size and was well equipped. Overall our stay was very enjoyable, and I would recommend this property for an Outer Banks vacation.
