Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a fully gated private pool with hot tub, carport with 2 charcoal grills, basketball hoop and an outside shower. Inside you will find a Master Bedroom with 2 Singles, flat-screen smart TV and private bathroom.

Mid Level: 4 Master Bedrooms to include: 3 Queen Master Bedrooms each with a flat-screen smart TV, private bathroom and deck access and a Master Bedroom with a Single over Queen DuoBunk and flat-screen smart TV. Laundry area with washer and dryer.

Top Level: Great room with a flat-screen smart TV with sound bar, full sleep sofa and electric fireplace, deck access, ships watch, dining area with seating for 10, kitchen with counter seating for 4 and a half bath. Queen Master Bedroom with flat-screen smart TV, sound bar and private bathroom with large walk-in shower. 

Extras: Private Saltwater Pool (12 x 24, heated for $500), Hot Tub, 7 TVs, 2 charcoal grills, electric fireplace, high speed internet, outside shower, basketball hoop, parking for 6 vehicles, DVD movie collection, puzzles and games, linens and towels provided and Crown Point community pool and tennis. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

This house was perfect, everything we needed was there all we had to do was food shop. A short walk to the beach (right across the street) there was more than enough space for our group. The layout was perfect, the bedrooms were comfy and fully stocked and had amazing bathrooms, the deck areas both private and off of the living area were great to just relax in the evenings with the sunsets and in the mornings with a coffee. And most of all the weather was perfect! WE ALL had a great time. And as ALWAYS, the Brindley Ladies were AWESOME, thank you for another great week! See you next summer :-)

Crown Point is quiet, not over crowded and convenient to shopping and restaurants. This house has a wonderful pool and hot tub. Great upper level deck to catch the ocean breeze and watch the sunset. Lovely renovations. Kitchen very well equipped. Would love to have a second fridge or beverage fridge.
