Located in the private, gated community of the Currituck Club, this beautiful home sits Soundside right off the golf course, overlooking the 5th tee box and one of the largest ponds on the breathtaking 18-hole Rees Jones course. Take in spectacular views of the golf course right from the back decks, enjoy the private pool and outdoor shower, play in the recroom with pin pong/ foosball tables, or sit back and relax in the media room with a full bar area and flat-screen TV. Surf shack at the beach access offers rental equipment including chairs, umbrellas, body/surf boards and kayaks. (seasonal)

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

Fabulous home in a perfect location. You look out on golf course (holes 4 and 5). Very quiet neighborhood, very relaxing. Bedrooms are great and comfortable. Clean as a whistle when we stayed! Didnt use the pool a lot but was clean and tidy. We had the pleasure of having a rooster hanging around the area in front of home (and also liked to go under the deck). Not a nuisance, but so random it was hilarious! Very close to grocery store (Harris Teeter) so very convenient. Trolly to beach works like a charm so suggest using it. Love this house!
