Accessible by 4x4 only! Booked solid last season, don't wait to book this home or you may miss out completely. Your family will love the privacy, uniqueness and tranquility this canal front vacation home has to offer! Just a short drive to the 4x4 beaches or enjoy kayaking, crabbing, fishing or SUP in the canal right behind the house!

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include open vaulted covered under house patio with sitting area, 2 hammocks, 2 picnic tables, ping-pong table, 2 park-style charcoal grills, gas firepit sitting area, 2 kayaks (one 1-person, one 2-person), SUP board, row boat, enclosed outside shower and a tire swing.

Mid Level: Entry level. Great room with flat-screen TV/DVD/XBox and deck access, folding/expanding dining table seating 6-8, covered deck with outside dining seating 6, kitchen with counter seating for 5 and a full hall bathroom. 2 King Master Bedrooms both with flat-screen TVs. Laundry room with washer and dryer.

Top Level: King Bedroom with a flat-screen TV, full hall bathroom and a Bedroom with a 2 Bunk Sets and 2 Trundles.

Extras: two 4x4 parking passes (with $50 cash deposit), 4 TVs, DVD player, XBox 360, 2 charcoal grills, gas firepit, 2 hammocks, outside dining, 2 picnic tables, ping-pong table, 2 kayaks (one 1-person, one 2-person), SUP board, row boat, tire swing, outside shower, parking for 4-5 vehicles and linens and towels provided. No Smoking. No Pets. Full week rentals only. Beds: 3 King, 2 Bunk Sets, 2 Trundles. House Address: 2139 Grebe Road, Corolla. Key Type: Keyless entry. CHECK IN LOCATION: 1023 Ocean Trail, Corolla Office.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

4-WD REQUIRED - This home is only accessible by high clearance Four-Wheel-Drive vehicles such as a Jeep Cherokee, Ford Explorer, etc. You will be driving on the beach, over dune lines and in soft sand.

Carova Beach is convenient for families because it is not necessary to walk to the beach. A walk over the dune or a 30 second drive in your four wheel drive vehicle brings you out to the beach where you can park right on the beach and enjoy the luxury of having all your beach goodies at your fingertips and enjoy the day! Wild horses roam the area as well as fox, deer, and lots of waterfowl on the sound.

Beach Parking Passes are required to park on the beach from the last Saturday in April through the first Saturday in October. You do not need a pass to drive on the beach or park at the home. Two 4x4 parking passes are included with each 4x4 vacation home with a $50 cash deposit (refunded when passes are returned). Passes can be picked up at our Corolla Office (1023 Ocean Trail) during business hours. If more than two passes are needed, there are a limited number of additional available parking passes each week that can be purchased from Currituck County. The cost for a 4x4 parking pass is $50 and can be purchased online, but has to be picked up in person at the Corolla Visitor Center. Please double check Corolla Visitor Center business hours when planning your trip .

Kilmarlic Golf Club Member: . This program offers guests a variety of activities that include discounted golf access, wild horse tours, golf lessons and clinics, and shuttle service to the club from your rental home. The K Club will also have a full time concierge to assist in planning your activities. You can also receive special rates for the newest attraction on the Outer Banks, the H2OBX Waterpark and Kitty Hawk Kites activities including hang gliding, paragliding, kayak tours, kite boarding, jet-ski rentals and more! Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
