This home is uniquely located adjacent to a walkway to the beach, with expansive views of both the Currituck Lighthouse and the ocean. The home features many upgrades, including an expanded fence and pool deck with pool-bar area. The private pool includes water basketball and other pool toys for 'kids of all ages'. Marvel at sunrises and starry nights from the spacious deck. Spend your days swimming, sunning, playing or relaxing at the beach. Gather with family and friends in the great room, while preparing meals in the open, well-equipped kitchen or backyard barbecue. Relax and read in the den, or play ping pong in the large rec room. Inside you'll find the Rec Room with a flat-screen TV/DVD, ping-pong table, sitting area with Queen Sleep Sofa and pool deck access. Queen Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV/DVD and private bathroom.

Mid Level: Queen Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV/DVD, deck access and private bathroom, Bedroom with Bunk Set, Single and Trundle with flat-screen TV/DVD, Bedroom with 2 Singles, flat-screen TV/DVD and deck access, full hall bathroom and a den with flat-screen TV. Laundry area with washer, dryer and a full-size refrigerator with ice maker. 

Top Level: Large open great room with lighthouse and ocean views, flat-screen TV/DVD, gas fireplace and deck access. Dining area with table seating 10-12, beautiful ocean views and deck access, kitchen with 2 ovens and counter seating for 4 people, half bathroom and the sunroom with desk and flat-screen TV. King Master Bathroom Suite with flat screen TV, deck access and a large private bathroom with soaking tub and shower.

2024, PRIVATE POOL is open from 5/11/24 -10/11/24

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

This was my 28th year going to Corolla Light and this is my favorite home! The view was incredible.

Corolla Light is a beautiful resort community made up of Oceanside and Soundside vacation homes along the Outer Banks of North Carolina. The resort also features Oceanside townhouse style Villas, Mirage town homes and condos and Beacon Villas town homes.

Accessible only by wristbands issued at Check-in.

Number of wristbands are listed as “Corolla Light Amenities” on the property detail page. (If listed as “Corolla Light Amenities for 12”, you will receive 12 wristbands for 12 people including adults and children of all ages. At this time, no additional wristbands can be purchased)

Corolla Light Soundside Sports Center 

*2/1/23 - Corolla Light will be doing some extensive repairs to the indoor pool and hot tub (at the sports center) during the 2023 season and will not be available to guests at this time. Repairs are scheduled to start in March 2023 and continue until the end of the year.

*10/6/23 - Other indoor amenities (saunas, racquetball, ping pong and fitness/weight rooms) will remain available until January of 2024 at which time they will be closed for extensive renovations (indoor tennis courts will remain open). They are working to have all indoor sports center amenities available by March 2024.

(The Sports Center is open every day of the year except for Christmas Day. Hours vary by season.)

Resort Restrictions

  • No parking on the streets, all vehicles must fit in the driveway of the property.
  • No RV’s, ATV’s, campers, golf carts, gas or electric scooters, Segways or boats allowed in the community.
  • Trailers, boats (on trailer only), and jet skis (on trailer only) are allowed to be parked on the property ONLY if they fit in the “carport” or “under the house”. If the home has no space under it, it cannot be parked in the community.
  • No parking on grass or side of road.
  • Items left on the beach or under/on walkways to beach after sunset are subject to confiscation. Please take all beach gear back to your rental each night.
