An open floor plan on this upper level reveals the living area, dining area, and well-appointed kitchen that looks through into the great room so the chef will never miss out on the family conversation. The sundeck has a picnic table for alfresco meals.

A spacious loft is a bonus just up a short set of stairs from the upper level. Spy on folks in the great room below and enjoy peek-a-boo ocean views from the windows in this third-level loft. Other features of this home include a fish-cleaning table with running water and an outdoor shower for rinsing off upon your return from the beach.
