The first level has four spacious bedrooms. The main suite has a private bath, and two bedrooms all have private entrances to the large deck with a hot tub and sound views. The hall bath provides access from the hall and the fourth bedroom. The laundry closet is conveniently located on the first level. The second level has a full bath, cathedral ceilings, warm wood accents, comfortable furnishings, and a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and a formal dining area. Wide sundecks, a screened porch, and a covered porch complete the second floor. The large, third-level loft with a sun deck offers tremendous views of the sound, fabulous sunsets, and nighttime stargazing.
