A short walk will bring you to Black Pelican, a historic landmark on the OBX with tasty meals as well! Longboards Island Grill, Stack'em High, and Hurricane Mo's are also close by as well. Plus, you'll have access to the Sea Dunes townhomes community amenities like the community pool, hot tub, and tennis court. The beach is a quick walk across the road, giving you and your family endless days soaking up the Outer Banks sun and splashing in the surf!

Great Times at OBX

My family had a great time at OCTIPI YOUR SenSEAS this year. We haven't been to OBX in 15 years and this rental made sure we had just as much fun as we have had in the past. The location, cleanliness, and ease of process with Breach Realty was fantastic. Looking forward to another stay.

A Wonderful Week!

Our family had the best week at Octipi Your SenSEAS. We booked on fairly short notice, and are so happy we did! The property was clean, welcoming, and had lots of great natural light. The wifi was great, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the deck on the top level and the one off the master bedroom. The walk to the beach just can't be beat - just a few steps and you're on the sand! The location was perfect, right on the beach road and also close to lots of great places on Croatan Highway. We had fun playing the trivia game that was in the rental. Meals out were Pigmans, Owens, La Fogata, Captain George's, I've Got Your Crabs, Ladles, and The Spot for acai bowls. We enjoyed all of them!!! The highlight of our week was my brother and his girlfriend getting engaged on the beach right in front of the house. It's a week we'll never forget!!

Clean and comfortable vacation condo

The condo was very clean, provided internet, 4 tv’s, ping pong table, coffee maker/Keurig, plenty of dishes and cookware. Across the street from beach entry. Neighbors own their condo and are very polite. 3 large beds sleep up to six comfortably. Would certainly stay here again. Close to many restaurants.
