This home is a mere 85 yards from the beach access where the waves beckon us to play and relax with the added benefit of a less crowded beach area. When its time to leave the beach, a picnic area complete with a grill awaits making every meal a seaside feast, enjoyed amidst laughter and shared stories.

But it's not just about the beach; Lore Lynn by the Sea is strategically situated for adventure and exploration. A short stroll takes us to the Currituck Golf Course, where the gentle swish of clubs mingles with the sound of crashing waves. First Time Trying the Outer Banks

We’ve been going to the Jersey and Delaware beaches for decades. This year we decided to give the Outer Banks a try given many friends who love it. This house is in a great location. Steps from beach access and right across the street from Harris Teeter super market. It was quiet and relaxing....just what we were looking for. We loved the house. It was very clean on arrival and was ready early, even without asking. The home was cozy but, didn’t seem small at all. We had an issue with the satellite TV but, within an hour of an email to the realty company, a guy was out and fixed it. Pleasantly surprised with the super quick service. There’s not a whole lot to do in Carolla, but there was enough. For the price point and location this was a great rental. It felt like a very long drive for us so not sure if we’ll be back to the Outer Banks but, enjoyed ourselves very much.

Smooth sailing with check-in and check-out. Property definitely is in great location and has everything that we need except a pool. It was an awesome stay in this property. Property upgrade will make it better but everything was still functional. Thankful for the stay.

First Time OBX Trip

The location of the house was amazing, only about 150 yards from the beach! The beach access was private and could pretty much set up any where! The neighborhood was quiet and private. There was a grocery store and restaurants within a 10 min walk!

The house was a bit dated but had all the amenities you would need. Glasses, plates, kitchen utensils were a nice touch even though we brought some of our own. The bedrooms had good closet and drawer space and a TV in every room was great! However, the internet was sometimes spotty and the house could have had an additional half-bath. Also, the water heater could have been better as it could not keep up with the number of people (there were 9 of us).

The outdoor grill was unfortunately unusable, but the outdoor shower and hose was a welcome site after returning from the beach!

Overall, it was a good rental house and a great beach vacation for our first time visiting the Outer Banks.

Great house, not so much the views

The house was very accommodating and seemed to have all the necessary comforts of home. The location was great! Although there were 3 decks, none of them included a real view of the ocean unless you craned your neck to see at the corner. you could see a bit of it from the Master bedroom window The house was very clean and comfortable furniture. It was a very short walk to the beach access. The only real problem we had was the Living room TV not working. Although the personnel were quick to get someone to come over and check the problem out, and we were told it would be fixed within a day or so, it was never rectified, which only left sitting on the bed in the Master bedroom to watch TV. Very unacceptable.

Perfect location!

This house was in the ideal location! 3 minutes walk to a perfect NC beach. Five minute walk or quick drive to shops across the street. Bike everywhere! It was really wonderful. The house had everything we needed. Would definitely rent it again.

Great beach house

We had a great time. The house was very comfortable (needed a few minor repairs, but nothing of significance that interfered with our stay). LOVED LOVED the keyless entry. And loved the "back allowed us to stay dry while feeling we were outside during an awesome thunder and lightning show one evening!
