We were thrilled with the home and the layout. beautifully decorated, very good mattresses, super location. Our whole family had only great comments. Loved the view and the all the thought out details from safety for kids to multiple hooks throughout for wet items. This home had everything one would need. It was one of our family's favorite trips and hope to return.

Sandy Bottoms is a beautiful, newly updated home on a quiet street facing the ocean. We have been renting home in OBX for over 12 years and this house ranks #1 in my book! The owners considered every detail that a vacationing family could need in their home. The scenic ocean view was amazing and having our own private walkway to the beach was perfection! We will be back to this house for sure!

Sandy bottoms is newly renovated. The owners did an amazing job designing and remodeling the house. It's a beautiful house! The location is perfect and having the pool and hot tub was wonderful! Looking forward to staying here again next year!

This vacation home was beautiful! Our family of 7 adults and 4 kids had plenty of room, the views are gorgeous and we had everything we needed! The kids loved the heated pool and the adults enjoyed spending time in the hot tub. Unfortunately due to the weather, we couldn't spend as much time on the beach as we wanted, but just being able to see the ocean from the house and being together as a family was great! Memories we made this trip are priceless!!
