Cozy cottage is a wonderful place to stay . Just steps away from the beach it’s decorated beautifully the kitchen is equipped great and beautifully remodeled. We enjoy staying in this house every year .

This property was the perfect size for a smaller group, like a single family with a few kids. The bedrooms and living area were comfortable and clean. The kitchen and bedrooms worked for us. Very nice having a washer and dryer on the first floor and we loved the area under the house. Easy walk to the beach and a very quiet area.

The location of the house was great. It was close enough to the beach without the cost of staying on the oceanfront. The house was roomy. The air conditioning was great.

We loved staying at the cozy cottage was nicely decorated and comfortable for 5 adults and 1 dog. Loved the decks and easy walk to beach. Location is great !! Definitely would rent again!

The house is an easy walk to the beach. It's comfortable, and a perfect size for a small family, or a couple or two. The hot tub is an added bonus! This was the third time we stayed at the house, and it's nice to be able to bring the pup along to enjoy the beach!
