Check in was smooth and easy as was check out. We love, love, love the location right on the beach!! We loved the outside shower and the large deck overlooking the ocean as well as the hot tub. This is a new family tradition for us.

Amazing views! Great location! The beach was not overcrowded! There's oceanfront and then there's on the beach! The convenience of staying on the beach can't be beat! No more carrying loaded down wagons full of toys, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, boogie boards, etc for great distances. This was our favorite OBX experience!

Glorious views. Only house on the beach for a half mile in either direction. This stretch of beach has far less people than others during peak hours.

It was a great rental in a fantastic location. We had two couples and it was a perfect size. Would also be great for a family with up to four children. Also would suggest bringing a portable grill if you plan to grill out. There is an RV camp area just across the street and many people use the beach access just beside the house. We were sure to set up our chairs/umbrellas in front of our house early so others didn't get our spot. It's easy because the house is literally right on the beach - that was awesome!

Great view and location. The house is super cute and has large windows downstairs on all sides. Two cute upstairs bedrooms. Will definitely book this cottage on our next stay.

Great house because of its location. Older house which is part of its charm but no good ocean view from inside the house. Still, we loved it because you are ON the beach. Easy to sit in the deck, go take a dip, and come back.
