At Ocean Vistas, this experience awaits to create a perfect vacation on the Outer Banks.
Aptly named, Ocean Vistas at Sand Castle Village in Kill Devil Hills will provide you the tranquil sights and sounds of crashing waves and pelicans flying by without having to leave your room. A charming 2 bedroom, 2 bath impeccably renovated penthouse condominium located directly on the oceanfront, this vacation property boasts unique decor, soothing colors and comfortable furniture.
Enjoy the King En Suite features a sliding glass door that opens to your own private deck. The second bedroom features Two Twin beds. There is a full bathroom in the hall with a stand-up shower. Be sure to check out the beautiful tile shower and nook with stack washer/dryer and storage cupboards.
The great room features cozy furniture and a flat screen TV. A sleeper sofa provides an additional sleeping option. Window side dining space accompanies the kitchen, bar and living area. The kitchen, outfitted with granite countertops and space saving stainless appliances, is fully equipped for all your needs. Cork flooring, soft palettes and beadboard wainscoting blend modern and rustic moods. High ceilings create an airy feel and plantation blinds filter sunlight. Two additional oceanfront decks feature plenty of seating with prime vantage points to take in the stunning views of Kill Devil Hills and sunset views of the Wright Brothers National Monument.
The community of Sand Castle Village provides a pool, park-style grill and dedicated beach path to take advantage of the nearby seashore.
This property has 2 parking spots for guests.
**Private outdoor community pools and/or waterpark play areas are available, weather permitting, beginning on Memorial Day and close after Labor Day. Please know that pool operating dates are subject to change at any point, for any reason.**
Check-In begins at 4pm. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.
Check-Out is 10am.

We thoroughly enjoyed our cozy, comfortable stay. The hosting company was very responsive and proactive with any info and recommendations we would need. The place was clean, adequately equipped and in a great location. The entrance is a little difficult to spot at first (could use a lit or more visible sign or reflector), but the brightly colored inn across the street helped me locate it each time we returned from our outings. The weather was pretty windy and chilly, so when we weren't out exploring - we were nestled up watching the waves from the comforts of the condo. We had a wonderful stay here and would absolutely recommend/stay here again!

Views of ocean are exceptional. The Unit has basic everything plus more than is needed. The parking lot for hotel next door and the Beach Access wasn?t to noisy in April but one might assume that?s going to change once Summer arrives. My family had a wonderful stay at Ocean Vista at Sand Castle Village! The location was absolutely perfect, right on the beach! The listing and photos was exactly how everything looked. The condo was the perfect size for our family of 4 and it was very clean. There was no clutter in the condo and the linens/towels were spotless. Condo also had adjustable AC, this was great! I highly recommend Kees Vacations and this wonderful condo!
