"Casa Playa" has something fun in store for everyone in your family. Featuring a large backyard with plenty of room to play. Relax on your own private dock, go fishing, crabbing, or bring/rent kayaks and paddle boards. Other outdoor features include sunbathing decks, a fire pit and an outdoor shower. Your beloved fur babies are invited along too and there is a special Pet Tiki Hut Lounge area under the house! In the evening enjoy the spectacular sunset and later gaze up at the stars.

Spend your days scanning for seashells, sunbathing, or walking along the Atlantic Ocean, located just 7 miles from the home. This home provides beach chairs and an umbrella for your convenience.

Your rental includes use of the community pool (**), tennis courts, clubhouse, a huge sound side park with sandy beaches, playground, sheltered picnic areas, basketball court as well as a boat launch and marina.

The house was clean and we enjoyed the quietness of the neighborhood. We liked getting fresh seafood at Billy’s. Just a few items to bring to your attention. The screen door was hanging by one hinge, there was a deck chair propping it closed when we arrived. The front left burner on the stove did not heat up enough and the cabinet door over the stove was loose. We told property management about these things when we called about the Internet being down. It came back up about 2 hours later. One last thing is that there was one pot missing in the cabinet over the stove. We only knew this because the photo provided showed three pots. I didn’t want to post these items on your website since each of these things can be corrected and did not take away from our stay. We had a nice vacation thanks to your property.

Perfect House

This vacation home was the perfect location. The house was spotless, so clean. I have rented in the Outer banks before and never had a house so clean. Loved all the amenities. Thank you for a great vacation.

First time traveling to Outer Banks

Our rental experience was awesome. We have never been to Outer Banks and we really enjoyed it, will definitely be back! A big shout out to DJ Powell for all of her help and expertise, she was very polite and informative! Also was a pleasure meeting her.

It was wonderful. Pam said everything was clean & not sticky. It was good to see all of the amenities since we flew in & couldn't bring many of things you supplied. One request. Would you please consider installing gutters on the side above the steps or providing an umbrella for rainy days. The water from the roof poured down our necks. A little more gravel around the trash can & left carport would keep our feet dryer. Otherwise perfect!!! We may see you again next year.

LOVED this place

Perfect for our family of 4 and little canine! Very clean. I can't remember the last time I stayed in a rental this clean! We brought a small boat and paddle board so this location was fabulous. Great pool! and even the soundside beach was surprisingly a big hit with all of us. Perfect for the paddle board there as well. Pleasantly surprised by this little cutie! Nice little extras for the dog as well.

First trip tp OBX

This was my families first time to the outer banks. We wanted somewhere we felt safe and close to everything. My kids and husband loved fishing on the dock and on the sound beach. The house was clean and we had plenty of room for us four. We bought our dog and loved that she had her own little area also. I would for sure rent this house again.

This rental has plenty of room for our party of 6... the master bed is incredibly soft... we wish we could have enjoyed the little dock, fire pit, and hammocks more but the stars just did not align. Its a nice place especially if you have littles. Everything was in good shape and clean (wish our house was this clean lol). It is a little bit away from everything and kind of deep in the gated community.

Great Post COVID Vacation

This was the perfect sized home for 2 adults (elderly parent and very adult child) - don't know how more than four could comfortably stay (thinking hall bathroom for more than 2 could be a problem). House was clean, ready for the paid-for early check-in, good appointments. The construction crew on the next-door build was polite!

Wonderful Vacation Weekend

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was nice and quiet to get away from the congestion in town. The big level lot was great for games and great fires in the fire pit on cold evenings.

Nice Location

The area is convenient to shopping, dining, sound, and beach access. The house is comfortable with its own private fishing spot. The kitchen was decent with good size rooms and beds. The furniture in the living room is outdated and worn out. The chairs around the fire pit were disgustingly covered in bird poop. The hammocks were a nice touch and very comfortable. Lastly, the grass needed cutting as it was halfway up my calf nearly touching my knee in some places. AC was in great shape and worked beautifully. Would stay again and recommend this place as it’s out of the hustle of the main areas.
