We have fabulous ocean views from our mid level and crows nest deck where you can relax and watch the moon and stars above the blue Atlantic. Direct beach access is only 75 yards away offering access to beautiful white sandy beaches.

Our home is located close to Jockeys Ridge State Park and all of the great dining, shopping, and water sports that Nags Head has to offer. Within walking distance of Tanger Outlet Mall, Jennette's Pier (which is handicap accessible to the beach) and the Events Park! After a day full of shopping and adventure the elevator will be a welcome amenity to come back home to!

3 CATVS, 1 DVD, HD Service on all TV's. Other amenities include elevator, books/board games, crow's nest, covered deck, ADA Handicap Bathroom w/Roll-in Shower, and deck furniture and built-in benches. Really like the house. Layout was functional and the location was convenient for us. It is well appointed and has quality kitchen appliances. Initially, we couldn't get the elevator to work, but the service staff was great! Very proactive and actually arranged for the owner to walk me through getting it to work. She was super friendly & helpful! You may want to check out the rooftop deck railing. It appears to be sturdy, but is aging & some corner reinforcement may be appropriate.

This really is it!

We had such a wonderful week staying in this house! It was incredibly close to shopping (across the street), food and the beach. The streets had crosswalks, so safe to cross with children. We loved hanging out on the various decks or in the spacious living room. We enjoyed family meals at the table before walking back to the beach. Half of our group enjoyed the firm mattresses. We would love to stay here again!

We've been coming to the Outer Banks for 25+ years.We have family members with changing needs and houses that supply accessibility are very hard to find. This Is It is one of the few truly handicap accessible homes that is affordable and the right felt like home.The location was ideal.We had a beach wheelchair that we could push across the street to the access or down to the was fresh, well appointed and comfortable.A short drive to anywhere.We'll definitely be back!

Perfect for our family for accessibility!

I wasn't sure if the house would be large enough for our family and son with a wheelchair. To my surprise, it was spacious enough and had tons of seating, decor, amenities, kitchen supplies, etc. I would highly recommend for a family coming with extra needs!

Fabulous!

My family and I had a wonderful time!! It’s in the perfect spot for shopping, short walk to the beach(even with young kids) and to take a walk down the beach road with a designated walking path. Cottage was perfect, all around great place to stay and enjoy your vacation :)

Delightful

We were so pleased with the property as we walked through the house. We loved the way the kitchen was equiped with quality dishware, utensils and pans. The matresses were great too. Every room was so nicely deorated. Our best stay at nags head by far.
