Description

Located on a quiet Cul de Sac, this house has a remodeled kitchen and a large 17’ X 30’ pool. When you are not lounging by the pool you can shoot some hoops at the basketball goal or pack your beach cart and take a short walk to the beach. For the golfer’s in your group, there are discounts available at the Kilmarlic Golf Club. There is a Smart flatscreen TV in each bedroom and in the Great Room.

Enjoy the beauty of the Outer Banks, along with the educational opportunities and adventures our many destinations have to offer.

Try your hand at Surfing, fishing, Stand-up Paddle boarding, Kayaking, Golfing, Hang gliding, Para-sailing, and jet skiing, kite boarding or sailing.

Short less than 1 mile easy walk or bike ride to enjoy the Duck Village to dine or shop in one of our locally owned stores, search for Dolphins off the coast, explore one of the coastal lighthouses, visit a historical site or try a water sport you have never experienced before.

Duck was nominated by USA Today as one of the “Top 10 Readers Choice Awards” in the “Best Coastal Small Town” category and the Winston-Salem Journal rated Duck “Top of the Food Chain” on the Outer Banks menu. Loved..Loved this adorable Beach House!

This Beach House was Wonderful in every way! From the moment I walked in I knew we would love it. It was very clean, cozy, comfortable and convenient to Beach, shopping and nearby towns. Im extremely picky with my own home and I could tell the owners take great pride in their hope is that it continues to be well maintained as I plan to rent it again in the near future...also wanted to add Beach Realty was great to work with. Fantastic Time at Sandy Drawers

My family and our friends' family had an amazing time at Sandy Drawers! The house was beautiful, with a great layout and all the amenities we could ask for (including a high chair - very nice surprise). The home is six houses away from what is basically a private beach. The beach and pool were amazing and the kids (and adults) all had a blast! Beach Realty was great to rent from -- highly professional, very responsive and kept us up to date before and during our entire trip. I cannot wait to go back!

Duck never disappoints, great week, good weather until Friday. The house is very well located, and is a short walk to the beach. We are a family of six, and the house is certainly big enough and well equipped with Wifi, TVs, board games, beach chairs, 2 bicycles. The main improvement I would suggest is some basic TLC for the house. The home itself is clean, but the grounds could use some work to tidy things up. Outdoor shower needs a new shower head, as the current one releases too much pressure. Cleaning up the bugs and spiderwebs is something that should be done.

Nice Vacation Home

Had a great time despite a couple concerns we had. The rental company addressed them immediately. Easy walk to the beach- pool was great for the kids. Loved the top deck.

Vacation Stay 7/25/20 - 8/1/20

The house was great, location was perfect, in walking distance to the shops in Duck. I enjoyed the pool the most, very large pool and it was very well maintained. House was not too far from the beach. From the top deck you could actually see the ocean. We had a party of five adults and you could have fit five more people. We would definitely recommend this house to our friends and relatives.

A perfect family vacation

We absolutely loved the house. We had 7 adults and a child with us. It was the perfect size and the size of the pool was a bonus! Every day was spent by the pool. The distance from the beach was perfect. We would definitely rent this house again.

OBX Family Vacation 2020

Staying at Sandy Drawers in Duck, N.C. was great. The house was very clean when we arrived. Everything was in good working condition. The area was awesome. We were a five minute walk from the beach but the house was surrounded by trees, very peaceful and calming surroundings.The pool and hot tub were well maintained. The staff at Beach Realty were awesome.

Haberman and Thurner Vacation

Overall we had a fantastic time. The options for dining and entertainment in the Outer Banks was perfect for our families. The house was slightly small for 10 people, but the pool was a great size and the hot tub was in an excellent location tucked beneath a shade tree. The house was clean and functional and in a great location.

Had a great time!

Overall the house was great, good rooms and size. There are a few electrical problems that the owner needs to address. Breaker kicks in kitchen if you use the toaster and microwave at the same time. There were no outside lights at the pool. There were no dish towels or dish rags. Would be a plus with garbage disposal added to the sink.
