This retreat is the perfect location for your family vacation located in the heart of Duck. Also, this unit is only 135 feet from the dune walkover and gazebo. Beautifully decorated with a new kitchen, featuring granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, well maintained and fully stocked. Great for small families!

Guests will have the opportunity to enjoy all the community amenities of Colony by the Sea, including the oceanfront pool with restrooms, outdoor showers, grilling areas, picnic tables, 2 tennis courts, a basketball court, playground area, and coin-operated laundry. We also have access to WiFi which will keep you connected to work and home!

Please note, mattress sizes for bunk bed is not a normal twin size, they are 5 feet in length.
