This home is pet-friendly (dogs only, please), so be sure to bring your pup along for the fun.
This bright and modern, beachy home offers many personal touches throughout. The open, eat-in kitchen offers everything you need to whip up a meal for the family. Dine at the beautiful hardwood dining table, or take it outside to the screened-in porch directly off the kitchen. The cozy living area offers plenty of seating and room to spread out.
After a day at the beach, spend your afternoons around the private pool, or nap in the shaded hammock. Relax in the hot tub and soak away your cares! The shaded patio is a great spot to hang out and play cards. Take in the sun and salt air on one of the many decks.
Park the car and leave it in the driveway all week at Smooth Sailing! Located in the heart of the pedestrian-friendly town of Duck, the Duck Trail provides access to everything that makes this town so special, including the soundfront boardwalk dotted with restaurants and shops, and the Duck Town Park that offers family-friendly activities including live music, movie nights, exercise classes and more during the summer months. Also enjoy direct beach access at the end of the street from Smooth Sailing!
The private, unheated pool is available from May 8th to the second week of October.
