A shaded oceanfront deck is also on this level. Up one floor there are magnificent ocean views from the large great room windows and from the open deck overlooking the pool. The Pamlico Sound can be spotted from the west windows. A special feature of this floor is a sunroom and breakfast nook with a TV/DVD that is separate from the living/dining area. The little ones can be as noisy as they want to be in there. Meanwhile, in the kitchen you can prepare meals in peace and keep an eye on them through the glass panels. The custom kitchen with granite floor and countertops is well appointed and overlooks the great room/dining area, which is sure to be a hit with the 55" home theater system and extensive video, game, and book library. A queen bedroom and semi-private bath complete the floor. The two outside showers have private dressing areas and are conveniently located by the carport entryway.
