Enjoy a little live music by some of the best bluegrass talents in the region with a special live concert that’s held on the casual front porch of the Bluegrass Island Trading Co. Pickin’ on the Porch is a summertime series of weekly concerts that will appeal to music fans of all tastes, and with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the show, this special evening performance is sure to be a memorable part of any Outer Banks vacation.

On May 18, the legendary Lorraine Jordan & Carolina Road will take the stage to treat visitors to a full line-up of fantastic bluegrass tunes. Visitors can bring their own chairs and blankets to find a shaded or sunny spot to relax and enjoy the music, or can just tap their toes on the shaded porch.
