I called at 9:30, and they were able to put another boat in the water and get us out (my son and I) for a private 1.5 hours by 11. Our driver and instructor Aubrey was awesome and very patient! My son hurt his foot, and Captain Miller was oh so professional in his assistance...even asked for us to text him back to make sure my son was ok! I would totally book again! More

Steve helped coach them both to successfully wakeboard and they had a blast. We all took turns tubing for the rest of the time and thoroughly enjoyed that, too. The company is well run; the rest of the staff is very organized and thorough. They were in excellent contact with us about the reservation and the weather. I highly recommend.

Sadly, our trip got cut short because of storms but we were offered another chance to go out during our vaca or have part of our rental refunded. Matt and Derek were fun and informative and great at what they do. You will get dipped in the water unless you tell them you don’t want to. We all went for a dip which was fun. We also purchased the sd card with photos so we’re excited to see how they turn out.

First of all, reserving the boat and filling out waivers etc online, made check in extremely easy and fast. Every Nor’banks employee we had contact with, was not only very friendly, but extremely helpful. They gave us great tips on where to take our pontoon to fish, swim, or just hang out. We really had a great time. We will continue to rent a pontoon for all of our visits to OBX. I highly recommend people renting a pontoon, and I highly recommend renting it from Nor’Banks.
